And the fans in the machine draw air through the condenser’s cooler and over its coils. The refrigerant inside the coils extracts the heat from the air as it flows through them. The cooled air instead passes out the unit’s back, which becomes a little cooler than when brought in. This persists until either the air temperature approaches or becomes cooler than the thermostat value. During the cooling cycle, the coolant in the condenser coils is continuously pumped; this means that the coolant will not heat up too much before refreshing again.
Another process means the condenser does not freeze and is coated with ice and snow.
